Re Sugo's wine list is like a compass highlighting a precise territory: the Tuscan Maremma with its wine full of surprises.

Each wine meets the adopted cuisine of that specific area where it is vinified. It is a characteristic that makes Italy in general, and Tuscany in particular, a region with a high gastronomic and enological vocation. These are two "arts" that run in parallel and improve each other.

Maremma cuisine is rich in important dishes, cheeses and charcuterie, pasta and soups, game, well-cooked meats and grilled meats; flavors that need wines that are equally incisive and above all persistent. Among all, Morellino, which enhances its important structure thanks to a variety of aromas determined by the grapes: 85 percent Sangiovese and the rest involving black grapes.

Such a wine seems to be the ideal match for a rich and decisive cuisine such as the Maremma.
