Everything is handmade with products from local suppliers. A few examples: ancient grain flours from Molino Le Pietre that we use for fresh pasta and daily bread; cured meats from Silvano Mori, a true artist and also a friend; vegetables from the garden (we trust nature) for zucchini, eggplant, onion, salad, and what's there. In short, a cuisine that changes with the passage of time. It does not change the quality that comes from our passion.
Re Sugo can be found between Braccagni and Sticciano. You pass Braccagni on the old Aurelia in the direction of the Madonnino Fair, after the level crossing you turn right onto S.P. 157 towards Sticciano and Roccastrada. Drive 2.6 km and you arrive at LeVersegge Resort. On the left a road takes you to your destination. You have arrived at Re Sugo.
